| Description: |
You will train Field Service Technicians country wide on how to properly diagnose and fix unit issues. When not training you will be part of the Call Center giving phone support to Field Service Techs, End Users and Dealers/Distrubutors. Two year technical Associate Degree or Five years in home appliance service experience a MUST. Valid driver's license. Must be able to travel 10-20% of time and work independently.

This position requires a two year technical Associates Degree or 5 years in-home appliance service experience and Valid driver's license. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good organizational and time management skills necessary along with good written, verbal and presentation skills. A full understanding of household refrigeration systems and electrical diagnosis and safety part of qualifications for this position.
