Our services are customized to fit your needs, offering three placement options: temporary to permanent, temporary, and permanent. What do we define as a qualified candidate? Candidates will have completed an application, identification verified, and testing issued as applicable. We interview the candidate, and try to get to know the person behind the resume. A thorough employment verification is also conducted. Temporary to Permanent Placements A common placement in our industry, often proving to be the most beneficial. The employee is on Boyd-Hunter's payroll for 520 hours (90 days) probationary period. This gives your company adequate time to determine if this individual is right for the position. It's as easy as a phone call to place the employee on your payroll after 520 hours (90 days) in a permanent capacity. When the employee is payrolled through Boyd-Hunter, we assume the expenses of employee overhead, including worker's compensation insurance, Wisconsin and Federal Unemployment Taxes, payrolling and benefits. Our placement reps regularly follow up with your company to ensure both the company and employee are satisfied. Temporary Placements There are times when your company will experience the need for temporary staffing: in times of peak production, seasonal employment, medical leaves, and more. Boyd-Hunter can provide employees to fit these short term demands. As in our temporary to permanent placements, we assume all expenses of employee overhead. Permanent Placements Commonly used for managerial and highly skilled technical personnel, this placement option utilizes Boyd-Hunter's recruiting and screening process, yet allows the candidate to be employed immediately with your company. |
