Your staffing needs are our concern. Our services are customized to fit your needs offering three placement options: temporary to permanent, temporary, and permanent.

How do we define a qualified candidate? No matter the hiring process, candidates will have completed an application, identification verified, and testing issued as applicable. We interview the candidate and check their work references.

Placement procedure

  • When we consider a candidate for placement in your business, your company name remains confidential until the individual is determined to be a viable candidate.
  • Upon placement confirmation, orientation is conducted. Orientation includes a review of job duties, work schedule, employer expectations, timekeeping, emergency notification procedures, compensation practices, and benefits. We can include other orientation information upon your request.

Payrate, billrate, and billing procedures

  • Our billrate is competitive in the industry.
  • Overtime is paid when an employee works over 40 hours within a one-week time period, Monday through Sunday. Overtime is paid and billed at 50 percent over the agreed upon bill rate.
  • Employees are paid on a weekly basis. Invoices will be generated and issued at that time. Payment terms are net 10.

Our hiring agreement

  • A temporary-to-permanent employee's standard probationary period is generally 520 hrs.(approx. 90 days). However, our employees are always available for permanent hire prior to the standard 90 days for a comparable fee.
