Our candidate arrived for his interview polished to a tee and wearing a professional suit and tie. He presented himself as outgoing and motivated. Our candidate is a go-getter, becoming certified in welding after only a few weeks on the job. He moved around the shop, assisting his co-workers whenever he could.
