Our History and Organization

In 1986, Jessica Boyd, Founder and President, opened the doors of Boyd Hunter, Inc. in Hartford, Wisconsin.  We service Dodge, Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee counties.

Ongoing contact with area clients and our community involvement provides us with knowledge of local business needs. 

We are committed to providing the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and loyalty in servicing our clients and candidates.

Markets We Serve

Geographically, we serve the southeastern Wisconsin market.  Demographically, serving the needs of the manufacturing marketplace is a key part of our heritage.  This has given us special expertise in the different manufacturing segments and helps us find the best people from assemblers to machinists, welders, CNC operators, line supervisors, QC inspectors and more.

As the workplace has changed over the past 20 years, we have broadened our focus to include office personnel ranging from receptionist, administrative, accounting, purchasing, engineers, management and more.
